Are you looking for a new challenge in 2023?
A local and expanding training provider has partnered with Search and is looking for a fresh face to join their administration team.
The site is on the outskirts of Leeds so the ability to drive may be preferable although living locally is fine too.
The company has seen significant growth over the last year and due to this growth have an exciting administrator opportunity.
Monday to Friday working week so you can still live for the weekend The role is working in the office on site which provides that team and family feel with the hours being
8am-5pm.
The main responsibilities in your new role would include:
- Meeting & greeting delegates/centre visitors
- Updating database with preand post
- Internal and external telephone calls, including covering other departments calls as and when necessary
- Production and dispatch of course materials and paperwork
- Receipt/production/dispatch of all certificates and ID cards
- Set up and clear down of classrooms as required for weekly course schedule
- Previous experience working in a similar high paced environment
- A good telephone manner, planning and communication skills
- A team player
- Computer literate essential (Microsoft office and Excel especially)
- Strong time management skills, especially the ability to juggle multiple tasks
