This role will work directly for the Director of the company.

You will need to be capable of working on your own and as part of a team, showing initiative, good planning, analytical and organisational skills.

You must have good knowledge of accounts systems, with good IT skills working across Microsoft packages such as word and excel and experience of working in an office environment, under direction of the management team.

Driving licence is required due to semi-rural location.

Your role will involve:
- updating accounts and generating invoices
- debt management and chasing
- adding new client records and pulling off reports for analysis
- working with a content management system and extracting useful reports for the director
- answering the telephones
- ordering supplies
- assisting the director and management in all levels
- audits and inventories

Scheduling maintenance and servicing

- all office duties to support the team in any way required.

This role is varied and you must be able to work with the needs of the business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person that has a good work ethic, has a sound understanding of office administration and can work to targets and deadlines.

Pay is between £10.50 and £11.00 per hour depending on experience.
