Are you a talented
Temp Event Coordinator or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience supporting the events team and liaising with internal and external staff members? If so then you could be perfect for my client, an International Charity based in London.
The Role:
In this Event Coordinator role you'll report to the Event Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting the programme of events
Specific tasks include:
- Deal with all administrative task relating to events.
- Constant communication with internal and external staff about meeting deadlines
- Support on event programmes and materials.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including members, committees, and partner organisations.
- Collect and analyse robust data relating to events.
- Send out events feedback forms and create a report for the rest of the team.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including minutes taking and following up on actions.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Prior administration experience dealing with a variety of tasks.
- Detail orientated and takes pride in their work.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£14.00-£17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Event Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
