In a nutshell


As an HR Coordinator, you'll be part of the People team, working closely with the HR Operations Coordinator, maintaining the administration for the HR function, specifically for the Creative, Strategy and Data, MAP and Cocktail teams.

You will support the Head of L&D to grow and develop our people to deliver a whole brand approach for clients.


HR Lifecycle administration

  • Work closely with the HR Coordinator to manage daily operational activities, including but not limited to job changes; starters; leavers; leave of absence; requests for employee data; and document management
  • Create and facilitate documentation and system changes across all points of employee life cycle including new hires, structure changes, transfers, promotions, leavers, merit cycles etc
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to employee, line manager, and HR colleague queries and requests
  • Monitoring and tracking information including probations; fixed term contracts; visa expiration; and flexible working agreements; following up with managers to ensure completion of activities within required timeline
  • Preparation of other documentation such salary review & bonus letters and other correspondence
  • Work with the HR team to review and enhance the HR process and people experience throughout the agency
  • Awareness of company benefit schemes to answer employee queries
  • Induction/Onboarding
  • Compliance to SOX audit, including IT, referencing, control sheet management
  • Own the Exit Interview and New Starter checking process for your teams

L&D Coordination

  • Coordination of all training & wellbeing activity: including scheduling, room bookings, AV, catering, meet & greet, marketing/comms, feedback forms, tracking attendance
  • Managing the master L&D and wellbeing calendar, keeping up to date with all events, activities & opportunities
  • Ownership of all marketing/staff communications to raise awareness & boost engagement
  • Finance administration, including tracking & managing training & wellbeing budgets, raising purchase orders, setting up new vendors, invoice payments
  • Tracking event attendance and sending & collating feedback
  • Working closely with marketing to support on agency submissions, outlining our extensive L&D, DE&I and wellbeing initiatives
  • Joining the EMEA L&D community to keep abreast of any EMEA, Global & WPP opportunities & best practice learnings
  • Relaunch our lunchtime lesson series across capabilities, ERGs, inspiration
  • Supporting the relaunch of our onboarding process for new starters
  • Facilitating training sessions
  • Managing our yearly IPA submission
  • Supporting our Employee Resources Groups and coordinating communications to drive engagement of their initiatives
