Description

An experienced accounts assistant is sought to provide purchase ledger support within a friendly, supportive team environment.
You will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and credit notes in various currencies, in addition to:

  • Ensuring invoices are correctly authorised and coded
  • Matching invoices/credit notes against purchase orders/returns
  • Checking supplier statements
  • Processing expenses and credit card statements
  • Assisting with month end
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues to resolve queries
To be successful in this role, you'll have exceptional attention to detail and will confidently follow instructions. Key skills will also include prioritising multiple tasks, organising your own workload, and strong communication skills.
