Description
An experienced accounts assistant is sought to provide purchase ledger support within a friendly, supportive team environment.
You will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and credit notes in various currencies, in addition to:
- Ensuring invoices are correctly authorised and coded
- Matching invoices/credit notes against purchase orders/returns
- Checking supplier statements
- Processing expenses and credit card statements
- Assisting with month end
- Liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues to resolve queries
