We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic goals. You will provide personalised instruction and support to students of various ages and skill levels. Duties:

• Provide oneonone or small group tutoring sessions to students
• Assess students' learning needs and develop customised lesson plans
• Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
• Utilise effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
• Experience working with children or in special education is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
