• Assist with front desk duties as needed

• Proven experience in barbering and hair styling techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience in store management or willingness to learn store management tasks
• Ability to upsell salon products and services to increase revenue
• Mentoring skills to guide and train junior stylists
• Ability to handle front desk duties when required
