Customer Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to management.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are 09:30 to 17:30.
