Office Coordinator - HYBRID 3 MONTHS +**JOB TYPE

Our client is a leading corporate construction company which is based in the heart of Liverpool Street within stunning offices.
HOURS
:08:30 - 17:30pm
SALARY
:
£ £14.05 per hour (£26,000 - £30,000 p/a)
LOCATION
:
Nearest Tube: Liverpool Street
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Diary management for the Group Legal Director
- Arranging necessary travel and accommodation for the team when required
- To partake in several administration tasks for the team
- Preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes and ensuring the meetings are actioned and completed
- Booking internal and external meeting rooms and providing/booking refreshments when allocated to
- Reconciling expenses from the director and company
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal use
- Typing, printing, distribution and filing and archiving of correspondence and reports
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in administration is required
- Reliable and personable
- Ability to be professional in corporate environments
- Very organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to use Microsoft Platforms
