Shift Pattern:

Duties:

Patient Flow
Word processing of correspondence/reports/other documents accurately
Take and transcribe notes
Dealing with telephone calls
Photocopying/ scanning/filing
Arranging meetings
Managing diaries
Maintain databases

Requirements of the Admin Assistant:

Relevant qualification
Previous administration experience
