Saltmarine Cars are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join our award-winning Sales team.

YOUR ROLE:

Working in our Dungannon showroom, you will be a crucial part of our Hyundai, Ford, Mazda and Used Car Centre sales teams.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

Meeting and greeting showroom customers while they wait for a Sales Executive
Answering the phone
Responding to customer enquiries
Contacting customers to ensure they are kept up to date
Moving cars around the site / taking cars to MOT / delivering and collecting cars to and from suppliers and customers
Photographing used car stock and adding to our website
Preparing showroom and demo cars, ensuring they are always impeccably presented.
Helping to ensure our customers receive the very best experience possible from enquiry to delivery and beyond.

YOUR PROFILE

5 or more GCSE's
Enjoy assisting customers, building trust and relationships whilst giving advice and problem solving
Good IT skills with strong administration and organisational skills
Experience in the automotive industry is not essential
Experience in sales or retail is not essential but would be advantageous
Must hold a full, valid driving licence
