Description

A well-known company in the aviation sector is looking for an Interim Internal Communications Business Partner on an initial 3-month contract, starting in February, paying £350 - £400 per day (inside IR35).

The hiring manager is ideally looking for someone who has experience communicating with a remote workforce, bringing creative ideas to engage non-office based employees.

Someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity would also fit in very well in thisever-changing and growing organisation.

The ability to hit the ground running is essential, as is the need to build strong stakeholder relationships in quick time.

Thers is a requirement to work from the office in West London - 3 days per week so do getin touch if you're ready for your next contract, can start in the new year and want to be a part of a well-respected, high performing internal communications team.

Responsibilities:

Help execute the internal communications strategy across the organisation
Work closely with the Senior Business Partner to develop communications strategies and approaches to support the business, and suggest innovative ways to approach challenges
Work with stakeholders to draft, agree and implement communications plans and strategies which support their business needs and challenges Oversee the development and delivery of impactful internal communications campaigns, with a focus on the organisation'sstrategic priorities and major programmes of work
Support with adhoc internal communications requirements in the operations division

Experience:

Proven midlevel internal communications experience
Confident multichannel communicator who likes embracing change and spotting improvements, and helping others to do so
Ability to work, at times, in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity while able to selfmanage and sometimes to tight timeframes, and under pressure
Experience of working with internal clients, and gaining their trust through advising and influencing on comms best practice and solutions in a fastpaced change environment
Understanding and experience of creating comms and engagement metrics to ensure success of the plan and ability to drive change when these might not be working
