Job Title:
Senior Care Assistant

We are Looking for a trustworthy, reliable and caring person to work at our Care Home in Kingston Upon Hull, near the City Centre.

As well as the above qualities, you MUST be able to demonstrate you understand what treating people with dignity and respect means.

Main Responsibilities include:
Caring for elderly people and young adults, some with challenging needs, in a calm and respectful manner.

Good and accurate recording keeping and communication skills.

Follow instructions from Managers.

Working to policies, procedures and guidelines, including for infection control and safeguarding.

Administering Medication

Lead a shift, including working under own initiative, and work as part of a team.

You must have experience working in the Adult Social Care sector or similar, preferably in a senior role. Training will be given, but any training you bring with you is advantageous. An enhanced DBS and 2 work references will be required for this role.

Breaks are paid for and we can discuss flexibility with you.


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
