Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside the flourishing business, Marble Arch Underwriting who are looking for a top-notch Personal Injury Claims Adjuster to join their specialist MGA organisation.

The salary ranges from £26,000 up to £33,000pa (for the more experienced) plus a good range of benefits. This PI role is open to people who wish to be office based at least three days a week.

In a perfect world, you'll come with experience within PI claims, ideally from an insurer or legal practice & be at ease handling your own portfolio.

The most important element, however, is YOU - your character and your drive to become an integral part of a growing, technically proficient and happy team is paramount.

A snapshot of your day:

Validating, investigating and negotiating Third Party Personal Injury claims
Dealing with MOJ processes, preaction protocol and litigation procedures
Assessing and negotiating claims, within agreed authority levels
Make quick and accurate decisions on liability, quantum and indemnity
Identify and deal with potentially spurious claims
Working to provide your clients with the best solutions, products and services (including rehabilitation), giving an outstanding service whilst dealing with their claims
