Bid and Proposal Manager - up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Hybrid


I have a very exciting opportunity for a Bid and Proposal Manager to join a leading Consultancy who are looking to create a new team under their Business Development team.

This role is going to play a key part within the Business Development team as theywill complete the end to end process for tenders and proposals to not only create new business relations but also to maintain current relationships.


To be suitable for this Bid and Proposal Manager vacancy, you will need previous experience completing a full cycle of a Tender, being able to work with Stakeholders at different levels and have a high attention to detail.

On top of this, you will need tobe able to communicate with colleagues in different countries as you will be working with different teams across Europe.


This role is a hybrid position where you will be asked to be in the office for 1 or 2 days a week.


Essential Skills for the Bid and Proposal Manager
The successful Bid and Proposal Manager will have experience with the following:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Being able to look at different priorities, happy to manage expectations and be empathetic with users
  • Microsoft Office
  • Understanding how it works, being able to keep up to date with the templates and be able to present the Bids and Proposals accordingly
  • Being able to tailor and streamline the bids and proposals for suitability for the business
  • Being able to manage the proposal throughout the full cycle of the bid process
  • Attention to detail

Desirable Skills for the Bid and Proposal Manager
It will be beneficial if you have experience or knowledge of any of the below:

  • Previously a Senior PA who worked on proposals
  • Project Management experience
  • Professional Services experience
  • Energy Sector experience
  • Being able to speak either Spanish or French
  • Certifications
