Role Summary


If you have administration experience ideally within the Financial Industry and can demonstrate the following skills, experience and behaviours, then this is a great opportunity for you to join the team at Equiniti.


Business Function


EQ Invest provides the tools investors need to access the market and buy, sell and hold investments in a cost effective way.

The team in Worthing comprises of approximately 40 staff.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Meeting targets for accuracy, quality and volume and agreed service levels.
  • Achievement of agreed business objectives/service standards
  • Proactively contributing to the success of the team
  • Identifies opportunities to develop business and meet customer needs
  • Takes personal responsibility for resolving customer concerns
  • When required provide project support ensuring own deliverables are on time and to specification
