We are looking to appoint a Senior Workforce Advisor within the Workforce and OD Directorate who will support the delivery of a professional, expert and specialist HR service to the Trust.


We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with high emotional intelligence and a proven ability to provide solutions which transform and develop people experience, performance and commitment.

You'll have a desire to attract, retain, develop and engage our people to ensure quality care is delivered within our service areas.


The Senior Workforce Advisor will work under the guidance of the Workforce and Employee Relations Manager to provide a comprehensive, high quality and pro-active operational workforce support service to managers and staff within the Trust.


You will act as a first point of contact for allocated Division/s within the Trust, providing specialist advice on a range of employee relations issues, sickness absence and change management processes.


Applicants will be suitably qualified to Level 5 in Human Resources Management possessing their Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with a experience of Continuous Professional Development within HR with a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives.

The role will support the delivery of the Workforce and OD People Strategy, providing a specialist service to the wider organisation and offering proactive support to the organisation with the provision of expert advice on HR and ER programmes, including the efficient delivery of transformational change.
