Your responsibilities:


  • Provide clinical support within the Theatre environments to all theatre staff ( clinical/nonclinical) as required in the defined geographical location.
  • Assist the Area Sales Manager with delivering the business plan through effective relationships with all hospital personnel.
  • Provide timely and accurate stock maintenance support to both internal and external customers
  • Provide prompt and viable solutions for customer service issues and problems
  • Be available for customers in an 'on call' capacity as defined by account requirements
  • Provide clinical education and training on all Medartis product to relevant medical personnel via in servicing, workshops and in theatre education
  • Develop in conjunction with the Regional Business Manager, objectives that achieve business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively manage relevant stakeholder relationships within target hospitals in consultations with the sales consultant

Your qualifications:


  • Welldeveloped, intheatre skills and familiarity within the hospital theatre environment
  • Ideally a theatre nurse background in orthopaedics
  • Preferred education in life sciences and/or nursing
  • Relevant industry knowledge
  • Ability to succinctly communicate and deliver critical clinical information in a high pressured environment
