Salary:
£25,000 to £26,500 per annum
Location:
Baycroft, Kempston
Hours & Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Administrator to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

And in return, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a personal assistant service to the Home Manager and Clinical Services Manager and assist in the delivery of corporate/strategic objectives and administration tasks, including diary management, preparation, and co-ordinating for/of meetings.
- Providing accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material, always maintaining confidentiality
- Designing, drafting and preparing presentational material as and when required and designing documentation suitable to our residents' needs, as and when required.
- Coordinating, preparing and recording documentation for meetings, including drafting, typing, copying, collation and circulation of papers.
- Planning, organising and prioritising own workload to meet deadlines.
- Carrying out effective management of residents accounts and invoicing
- Answering the telephone, recording accurate messages, responding positively to problems and queries and deal appropriately with any visitors to the home.
- Regularly access 'My View' our HR system, inputting staff information regarding staff pay, holiday, sickness absence etc.
- Providing administrative support with the onboarding of new starters
Please note:
this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
