Facilities coordinator required to join a Maintenance team in London.

The role includes, monitoring and supporting 3rd party maintenance supply, acting as a part of the site emergence team, i.e.

Fire Marshalling, reporting illness and ensuring HSE is followed.

The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.


Once you have completed your assignment and Daniel Owen have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.


Role & Responsibilities of a Facilities coordinator:

  • Conducting monthly self assessment SLA checks in support of monthly contracts.
- reporting incidents
- following HSE

  • Fire Marshalling
