Description
Sales ledger Clerk:
- To generate where applicable, print and attach all sales invoices issued by the company to the relevant paperwork
- Check for correct nominal codes/ departments/ positive profit analysis on sage.
- Make note on invoice plus exchange rates for foreign currencies before updating to ledgers
- Calculate VAT due on sales where applicable.
- Produce customer statements with relevant currency templates to show sales over certain periods.
- Allocate payments made against sales invoices and record any proforma payments received
- Reconcile the foreign bank statements (EUR/USD/AUD)
- Respond to customer statement query
- Generate and analyse reports on sales orders ETC
