Description

Sales ledger Clerk:


  • To generate where applicable, print and attach all sales invoices issued by the company to the relevant paperwork
  • Check for correct nominal codes/ departments/ positive profit analysis on sage.
  • Make note on invoice plus exchange rates for foreign currencies before updating to ledgers
  • Calculate VAT due on sales where applicable.
  • Produce customer statements with relevant currency templates to show sales over certain periods.
  • Allocate payments made against sales invoices and record any proforma payments received
  • Reconcile the foreign bank statements (EUR/USD/AUD)
  • Respond to customer statement query
  • Generate and analyse reports on sales orders ETC

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
