Job Title:
Temporary Catering Supervisor


Location:
Arnside Primary School, Church Hill, Arnside, Carnforth, Cumbria LA5 0DW


Contract Type:
Temporary, covering sickness, reviewed in 3 months


Hours: 22.5 hours per week, term time


Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday, flexible times across :00. Working 4.5 Hours each day


Rate of Pay:
£11.56 per Hour

As an experienced Catering professional with supervisory experience in high volume environments, you'll be quality-focused and be able to work on your own initiative.

What you'll do:


  • Prepare and cook food and drink in a hygienic and safe manner, following assigned procedures at all times
  • Monitor the quality of the food and service provided, and ensuring that your site performs well achieving good quality product and service on time and within budget
  • Complete and maintain relevant records (e.g. Quality Assurance documentation; Health & Safety records; training logs; timesheets etc.) accurately and on time
  • Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors
  • Understand the customer's service requirements, participating in the development of service provision in conjunction with the Coordinators and Account Managers

Requirements:


Demonstrable experience in similar roles or environments is essential for this role along with a Level 2 (or higher) food Certification certificate and practical IT skills.

Additional Information


Due to the nature of the site an Enhanced DBS check will be required and paid for by the Company.
