About the role


Working within the Ecommerce team, the Social Media & Content Creator is a 'social' specialist and will bring a series of some of our top key brands to life through their social media platforms.

This individual is passionate about authentic and inclusive storytelling and has the creative vision to develop content plans and commissioning innovative and engaging social media content that will connect with fans and stand out.


You will be responsible for carrying out the vision of our portfolio of brands through social media content primarily focussing on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok developing and maintaining each of the brand's presence across social media platforms and blog.


You'll work within our Strategy to formulate, set-up, monitor and evaluate the campaigns for a range of brands, creating engaging content that helps them meet their objectives.

You'll also get involved in various other tasks across our portfolio, with a variety of opportunities to grow your knowledge and expertise.


Responsibilities
Reporting into the Head of DTC, the primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Leading content/reel creator across social media working in close partnership with the in-house design team, brand partners, external digital agencies, freelancers, and content creators.
  • Grow all social media channels inline with the continuous growth of the brands within the Unify portfolio.
  • Daily management of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to ensure flawless daytoday executions, developing ongoing content to strengthen and grow traffic and engagement for each of the brands as well as developing strategies for emerging social platforms.
  • Collate, analyse and create performance reports for Social Media activity, and provide actionable recommendations for next steps/future activity.
  • Content planning and communication of key brand moments, partner opportunities, and campaign, product and collaboration launch across social channels.
  • Briefing and working on projects with external agencies. Daily copy management, including writing, reviewing, and editing copy for brand voice and alignment.
  • Informing relevant teams on aligning global social media and community strategy across all brands. Working alongside the Digital Marketing Executive in managing the relationship with our global partners for all things social media.
  • Building relationships with content from key brand influencers across brands. Working with existing ambassadors and build a new selection of new influencers that resonate with the brands.
  • Evaluating and reporting on performance across social channels.
  • Understanding emerging trends in social media and digital to bring innovation to content produced.

About you

  • Confidence in developing solid knowledge of our portfolio, channels and processes.
  • Experience of content creation across a variety of social media platforms.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, commercially orientated environment.
  • Experience in working on Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Storytelling and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Knowledge of social strategy, audience building, targeting and best practices.
  • Capability of delivery endtoend social campaigns, reporting on insights and analytics.
  • Driving customer experience into effective acquisition, conversion, and retention tactics through social media.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and present to your ecommerce team.
