Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate strong client relationships, becoming a trusted figurehead in our business;
Ensure the excellence and compliance of our sales services;
Expertly manage client concerns and issues, showcasing your adept problemsolving and communication skills;

Qualifications and Skills:

An experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record in exceptional customer service;
Unrivalled local knowledge. You know Nottingham inside and out and are committed to contributing to a thriving local area;
A problem solver who is adept at troubleshooting and detailoriented, overcoming challenges with ease;
An exceptional communicator, skilled at fostering connections and building rapport;
A team player who is adaptable and has a positive approach, embracing change with enthusiasm;
Champion of growth. You will be dedicated to fostering a culture of ongoing improvement;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Possession of, or willing to progress towards, a Level 3 Award in Sale of Residential Property
England & Wales
Education: A levels or equivalent

Competitive salary starting at £31,000 basic
