Ensuring the good quality of the credit risk portfolio at Sabadell UK. - Contribute to the risk strategy and targets in Sabadell UK and develop the Group's strategic plan - Provide guidance and advise to the Relationship Managers, Branch Manager and otherteam members as to the risk culture of the firm and the quality of the risk of the portfolio - Participate in the implementation of the credit risk model through the adequate use of tools, procedures and systems - Manage the risk in line with the Group's strategicplan guidance Monitor the credit risk quality within the portfolio, minimising the non-performing exposures
