About Our Client:


You will be working with a well established organisation offering your skills and expertise on a temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent.


The key responsibilities:


  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues.
  • Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
  • Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice
  • Compliance management
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.

The Successful Applicant:


  • At least CIPD Level 5 qualified ideally working towards Level
  • Previous experience within a partnering role or at least senior HR advisor
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organisation development, change management, and employee relations.
  • IT Proficient
  • A deep knowledge of HR programs, practices and employment law.

What's on Offer:

Salary can be negotiated and is dependant on experience.
