About us
We are looking for a reliable administrator to join our teams at Head Office.
The team Member will take on the admin support for multiple teams, to ensure efficiency throughout the Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing Daily orders, including despatch and Invoicing.
- Setting up new customers and Managing of existing customers Information.
- Following up for Proforma Payments and Balances Due.
- Setting customer credit limits, credit checks, following up trade references
- Managing Daily updates to clients and account managers, Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Handling customer claims, and issuing credit notes refunds as required
- Adhoc Admin Support.
Requirements for the role:
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- You need to be a selfmotivator and driven
- Strong communication skills
- A strong work ethic is necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fastmoving and results oriented environment
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Phone manner
- Credit control
- Must be detail oriented, ideally with Previous Data Entry Experience
- Minimum 2 years admin experience within a busy office
Desirable Skills:
- Exporting Goods Internationally
Salary:
£21,736.00-£23,000.00 per year
