About us
We are looking for a reliable administrator to join our teams at Head Office.

The team Member will take on the admin support for multiple teams, to ensure efficiency throughout the Company.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Processing Daily orders, including despatch and Invoicing.
  • Setting up new customers and Managing of existing customers Information.
  • Following up for Proforma Payments and Balances Due.
  • Setting customer credit limits, credit checks, following up trade references
  • Managing Daily updates to clients and account managers, Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Handling customer claims, and issuing credit notes refunds as required
  • Adhoc Admin Support.

Requirements for the role:


  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • You need to be a selfmotivator and driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • A strong work ethic is necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fastmoving and results oriented environment
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Phone manner
  • Credit control
  • Must be detail oriented, ideally with Previous Data Entry Experience
  • Minimum 2 years admin experience within a busy office

Desirable Skills:


  • Exporting Goods Internationally

Salary:
£21,736.00-£23,000.00 per year
