Basic salary up to £23,000 per annum:

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing cases history on file assignments while liaising with other departments.
  • Establishing where liability for the accident rests and investigating the claims.
  • Updating the claims system with clear and accurate records of progress on the claim.
  • Managing all aspects of thirdparty vehicle damage and thirdparty property damage claims.
  • Offering intervention services to nonfault third parties where appropriate.
  • Assessing complexed files such as liability and high value for prospects of success.

What you'll need to apply

  • Strong experience as a Claims Handler, with good understanding of legislation.
  • A background within the Motor Insurance industry is highly advantageous.
