This role would ideally be suited to someone who has worked in an office environment before, is ambitious and wants to work in talent management.


What you'll do:


  • Create strong industry connections within the broadcast sector
  • Demonstrate expertise and comprehension of broadcasting and commercial agreements
  • Essential possession of industry knowledge and a comprehensive network of influential contacts
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and executing endorsement campaigns for brands
  • An affable collaborator with ambition, passion, and perseverance
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and corporate objectives
  • Exercising discretion and preserving confidentiality is imperative
  • Collaborating within a team to strategically manage talent careers
  • Identifying and cultivating potential new partnerships
  • Ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for the organization
  • Cultivating relationships with potential clients through networking and expansion of connections
  • Recognizing prospective brand partners and key decisionmakers within organizations (internally and externally)
  • Conducting research and forging relationships with new brands
  • Facilitate rendezvous between key stakeholders and the firm's highranking practitioners
  • Strategize and orchestrate proposals
  • Collaborate extensively with the M&C network to foster internal prospects
  • Craft robust and compelling presentations
