Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Rainscreen Cladding Draughtsman / Surveyor.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Rainscreen Cladding draughtsman/surveyor.

The Rainscreen Cladding draughtsman/surveyor will be responsible for producing design and installation drawings, producing fabrication details, overseeing manufacturing, creating schedules and documentation for projects, reviewing architectural drawings and specifications and carrying out site surveys where required.

Typically our projects are around London,Birmingham, Manchester etc so ideally located around the Midlands.


Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, ideally experience with some of the following: SolidWorks, Rhino, Tekla, Revit, Navisworks

Ability to read complex design drawings and specifications

Excellent technical and mathematical ability

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in Rainscreen Cladding Essential

Ideally qualified in a relevant engineering, construction, or architectural field

Full UK drivers licence is required


Salary:
From £45,000.00 per year
