PURPOSE OF THE JOB
They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who is highly motivated and wants to join a growing company.


We are looking for a full-time customer service and sales administrator who is passionate about delivering and implementing a fantastic service and motivated to achieve sales targets.


Within this role you will be reporting to your direct line manager, who oversees several regions of camps ensuring targets are being met and as an organisation we're meeting customer satisfaction.

You will part of a driven sales and customer service teamhaving ownership of a geographical area of camps.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracting, selecting, and recruiting in line with safer recruitment guidelines

  • Answer incoming sales and customer service calls, acting as the first point of contact
  • Taking bookings directly from our customers or assigning bookings received through partnership companies on our inhouse booking system
  • Helping customers throughout their journey, from taking the initial booking through to their child's last day at camp
  • Accurately updating and amending bookings and customer details relating to our policies and procedures
  • Effectively investigate and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner
  • Organising bookings for children who may require additional support, either for medical or educational purposes
  • Responsible for reporting KPI relating to the assigned geographical location
  • Work to achieve seasonal targets, through targeted sales communication
  • General admin relating to customers bookings and the operation of activity camps

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the sharing of good practice and knowledge amongst colleagues as required
  • Be compliant with staff policies and procedures
  • Provide support for other colleagues when necessary
  • Proactively participate in the company Continuous Professional Development process
  • Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned

PERSON SPECIFICATION


We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, who can build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, offering exceptional customer support.


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate careful attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good ICT skills including use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Sales and target driven

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Experience of using a databases
  • A full clean driving license and confident in driving long distance to unfamiliar destinations
  • Experience of children with additional educational or medical needs

Hours:39 hours a week (avg). Seasonal weighting on hours.

Less hours worked in the autumn and more hours in the lead up to our seasonal operations. Occasional weekend days worked during January - August These are paid in addition to the salary.
