    The UNIQLO Liverpool store will feature a spacious sales floor across two floors, located in the heart of the city on Paradise Street, part of the prime retail complex, Liverpool ONE.

    About This Role

    We are seeking high-quality casual clothing enthusiasts to join our team in Liverpool. As a member of our store team, you will have the opportunity to work with our signature customer service experience and offer our LifeWear collection to the people in Liverpool.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain exceptional brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store.
    • Partner with the store management team to monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment utilizing sales reports and KPIs.
    • Create visually appealing and brand-appropriate store/window displays to drive sell-through and react to the needs of the business in the store, taking customer demand into account.
    • Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers.
    • Support the store management team in optimizing store efficiency and customer service standards.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
    • Relocation may be required based on business needs.
    • Promotion and pay increase opportunities every 3 months.
    • Structured training to build your skills across all areas of store operations step by step.
