DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT

NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire

Permanent

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Salary:
£23,088 to £23,550 pro rata per annum

Location:
Eastleigh/Hybrid Working (minimum of 1 day in the office)

About the role:

This role sits within our Telephone and Referral Centre (TARC) team. A key part of the role is to process patient referrals in a timely manner.

These referrals can come from a variety of routes:
website self-referral, Community Mental Health Teams, GPs and Healthcare professionals etc.

About you:

You will have experience of or be able to demonstrate an understanding of working in a busy office environment and will possess good IT skills.

An understanding of mental health issues is desirable, but not essential.

You will have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy, along with a professional telephone manner as you may liaising with other health care professionals to check patient details.

We have daily and monthly targets to achieve, so working at pace is a must.
