Pascoe International, an award-winning supplier of semi-custom and full custom superyacht tenders, is seeking a Aftersales Coordinator to join the growing team.
With an international client base and an excellent reputation, the company has grown steadily throughout its history.Responsibilities as our Aftersales Coordinator will include:
- Managing incoming calls on the main number, transferring to other staff and taking messages
- acting as 'gate keeper' fielding cold calls (particularly sales calls)
- Manage incoming aftersales enquiries, responding to client requests for support.
- Coordinate both onsite and offsite works, tracking and reporting on costs, planning logistics and liaising with clients.
- Plan works in collaboration with the Production team, allocating labour, estimating work content, and creating quotations.
- Collating, creating (in Sage) and sending Aftersales quotes for service, warranty, and repair jobs, liaising with the clients over costs and triggering the organising of logistics.
- Arranging all travel bookings and logistics for Aftersales visits (warranty, service, and repair). Inclusive of transfers, flights, ferries, trains, parking, hire cars, hotels, visas, security clearance at destination, etc.
- Raising (in Sage) Aftersales Proformas and invoices, sending them to the clients and chasing payments
- Taking credit card payments for orders, recording payments, and sending proof of payment to clients.
- Tracking and logging after sales works
- Manage warranty provision, ensuring 3rdparty support and credits are sourced as required.
- Feedback any reoccurring failures or concerns to the Production and Design teams
- Have a constructive input on the ongoing promotion and expansion of aftersales provision.
- On the job problem solving, often working under tight timescales
- Raising of postvisit reports and recommended future work lists.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience we're looking for in our Aftersales Coordinator:
- Experience working in a client facing role.
- Knowledge within the marine sector
- Experience in sales
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Experience negotiating, pricing, and quoting works.
Desired Skills:
- Operational, construction or management experience with small vessels, ideally power boats
- Understanding of the superyacht market
- Experience with Sage 200
- Exposure to customs processing

£27,000.00 per year
