Hours
3- This role ensures our people get paid accurately and on time each month. You'll execute all payroll input processing and reporting and perform Payroll administration such as data extraction, correlation and auditing.

You'll ensure agreed payroll KPIs and SLAs are met and delivered with a continuous improvement mind-set and propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls.


In addition, you'll:

  • Resolve queries from third parties e.g. Earnings enquiries and work closely with HR and Managers to ensure complete adherence to processes and collaborative working.
  • Proactively manage adhoc processes and projects as and when required and support others within the team and work collectively when needed.
  • Develop knowledge of William Hill's SAP SuccessFactors system and maintain wellorganised and effective filing systems, databases, and operating procedures.
  • Support and manage Auto-Enrolment & Reenrolment process and administer our Company sick pay scheme as well as maternity, paternity, court orders, P46's, p45 input.

What we'd love to see from you:

Experience of working in Payroll with an understanding of Auto-Enrolment and the workings and rules that go with it.- You'll have operated a payroll with a Company Sick Pay Scheme and have extensive knowledge of Statutory Payments and how they are calculated.

Experience of working with SAP payroll systems is desirable as are good Excel SkillsYou'll have excellent attention to detail with good communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to listen and connect with the customer.

You'll also enjoy learning new systems and processes, be analytical with experience working with a Time & Attendance system.
