Due to growth, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual who wants to join a rapidly growing company. The new Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team with a broad range of marketing activities.

The broad purpose of the role is to support customer-focused marketing activities that raise awareness of and drive the demand for our market-leading access platforms and training.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Competitor analysis and market research
  • Supporting the team in planning and creation of newsletters
  • Use the organisation's customer relationship management system (HubSpot) to maintain accurate customer data.
  • Supporting the team on CRM management including data segmentation
  • Supporting the team in producing marketing campaign reports
  • Identify and use relevant/emerging trends, solutions, and technologies to implement effective marketing activities.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of the marketing strategy and deliver on the marketing/company objectives.
  • Support with the ongoing development of the website, including researching keywords, and ensuring content helps improve Google rankings.
  • Administration and followup of training course bookings to assist the Training Manager.

Person Specification/Requirements:


  • Minimum of two years' experience in marketing
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer and resultsfocused
  • CRM experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • An interest in data and what that tells us about our audiences.
  • Understanding of digital channels including social media and the web.
  • A selfstarter who initiates and completes tasks, and manages priorities and time, to successfully meet deadlines.
  • A warm, engaging, and professional telephone manner.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow.
  • Operates professionally.
  • Good communicator via written and spoken word.
  • Reliable, selfmotivated, proactive, and positive.

Hours of Work:

Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:00 (with 45 minute lunch break)

Friday 8:30 - 15:45 (with 45 minute lunch break)
