Here at Flair Rugs, we are seeking a
Digital Optimisation Executive to join our marketing team. As our business continues to grow, this role will play an important part in maximising our trading potential.
We are in search of an individual who brings enthusiasm and a passion for data and who can thrive in a busy B2B/B2C trading environment.

- Can demonstrate precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess an assertive approach to product journeys, managing deadlines, and addressing issues proactively.
- Work collaboratively alongside content writers, providing support to Digital Trading Managers.
- Highly organised, deliver clear communication.
- Express sound judgment and indepth knowledge accurately to support product launches and identify new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Optimisation
- Daily critical path management
- Review launch trackers
- Manage workflows through project management tools & web content forms.
- SEO keyword research
- Web reconciles
- Competitor Reporting
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SEMRush, Phocas, Nexus, and Navision (or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Digital product optimisation within a fastpaced environment
- Understanding/knowledge of digital ecommerce marketing & SEO performance
- Demonstrated experience of managing the product journey from critical path to web
Salary:
£24,000 - £27,000
Full Time, Permanent
28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) + Your Birthday off
