Repairs and Voids Co-Ordinator to join our team in
a hybrid / agile working environment.

You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis.

In return, you will receive a starting
salary of £26,765 per annum with the opportunity to obtain additional performance related pay increments.

Key Responsibilities as our Repairs and Voids Co-Ordinator:

  • Scheduling of surveyor inspections
  • Liaising with colleagues, partners and contractors as to the completion of any works and ensure the data is logged on the relevant systems
  • Responding to queries from stakeholders
  • Scheduling of follow up inspections, co-ordinating and monitoring scheduled work
  • Supporting complaints investigations and monitor agreed work scheduled following complaints and disrepair claims
  • Supporting the manager with the production of performance information
  • Reconciling contractors' invoices against purchase orders to ensure all transactions are correct and authorised by team members. Assisting investigations and resolutions to any financial disputes raised by the Responsive Maintenance team and appointed suppliers. Effectively use Microsoft packages, IT systems and databases as necessary to deliver work.

What we're looking for in our Repairs and Voids Co-Ordinator:

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent or relevant work experience. Experience of working in an administration role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Track record of delivering excellent customer service. Adaptable to change with a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook), and use of business systems.
