In this role you will manage and coordinate the onboarding, offboarding, client custodian/administrator changes and major mandate re-organisations for EMEA & APAC Institutional clients supported by Client Change and Client Services Ops.


Working with teams at the client, internally and at external service providers ensuring the accurate execution of such events in a timely fashion.


With the support of other teams, you will ensure that regulatory guidelines with regards to these events are adhered to.


How you'll spend your time.

  • Attend pipeline meetings with Client Change, Client Services Ops and Client Management teams to understand the upcoming client activity and provide updates on inflight activities
  • Work with Client Management and the client to get a full understanding of the client's requirements
  • Planning and management of Client Onboarding events, including coordinating multiple stakeholders, producing transition timelines and leading issue resolution or escalation where required
  • Identify and coordinate all internal stakeholders and external suppliers involved in each event
  • Provide clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of events ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood and holding stakeholders to account for timely delivery
  • Provide regular updates to the participants in each event on the status of transition events
  • Build relationships around the organisation e.g. Client Management, Client Change, Global Fund Services, Legal, Investment Ops, Data Management, GOIS Operations and Investment Desks to facilitate the smooth execution of client events
  • Identify, agree and implement improvements to the Onboarding/change processes whilst, ensuring existing procedures and checklists are adhered to and completed
  • Work with Client Services Ops team to ensure a clean handover of clients within the team

To be successful in this role you will have.

  • Experience in Asset Management industry
  • Good understanding of Asset Management Operations
  • Experience of managing client onboarding, offboarding and change events
  • Project management experience/qualification an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative organisation
  • Experience of dealing with external service providers
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
