    We're Hiring: Senior Test Analyst | £45K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (Surrey-based)

    A leading SaaS software company is looking for a Test Analyst to join their growing and award-winning team.

    With a strong track record in powering smart shipping solutions for major retailers and logistics providers, this is an opportunity to make an impact at a company driving innovation.

    Location:
    Egham, Surrey (Hybrid working available)

    Salary:
    c.£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

    Hours:
    35 hours/week, flexible between 8am and 6pm

    Reports to:
    Test Delivery Manager

    Further information hybrid arrangements:

    Office attendance up until end of this year is as and when required for key project/team meetings – circa 3-4 times per month. From January next year, expectation is that people will work from the office 4 days in every 10 working days (average of 2 per week).

    What You'll Do

    Lead end-to-end testing across multiple Agile projects

    Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

    Own test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting

    Mentor junior team members and support their development

    Ensure quality assurance and test governance across delivery

    Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation

    What You'll Bring

    hands-on software testing experience

    Strong experience with API, web, mobile, and cross-platform testing

    Skilled in Agile/Scrum and familiar with tools like JIRA, TFS, ALM

    Comfortable working with C#, .NET, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI

    Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

    A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

    Bonus if you have:
    Automation testing experience (e.g. Selenium), logistics industry exposure, ISTQB certification
