Description

You will assist customers and colleagues with parts queries, locating and picking stock and preparing orders for the customer base whilst catering to the internal workshop.

You will assist with stock level monitoring and reordering to maintain stock levels.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assisting with incoming stock, checking the order, booking in and storing within the parts area
  • Issuing parts to the engineering team
  • Ensuring that all movement of parts into and out of stores is accounted for and that systems are kept up to date.
  • Be numerate and literate
  • Hold a good level of attention to detail
  • Keeping track of assets/critical spares and location.
  • Assist the team with admin and data entry duties

You will need:


  • Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to support the delivery of multiple commitments.
  • Ability to think and work dynamically managing a variety of tasks and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving experience to understand and resolve any issues encountered
  • Previous experience within parts supply, warehouse stores, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle would be advantageous

Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour
