Description
Create all customer master data in SAP including maintenance of small load surcharges, margins, third party handling rates.For new deals, set up all customer master data in SAP ensuring that the creations are in alignment with the contract and SOX approval guidelines.
Validate daily reports to ensure 100% accuracy of critical data that has a financial impact on the Company. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for Business Managers.
Handle customer contribution invoices and Authority for Expenditure forms that are part of the supply deal in alignment with audit procedures established.
Handle customer data to set up e-billing, handle the data set up of customers registering for e-Billing, e-statements, customer pricing, Third Party deliveries and online ordering on our customer extranets to specific deadlines.
Act as the central point of reference for field staff, by liaison with Credit, Legal, Distribution, Pricing and Logistics teams in order to centralise co-ordination of contracts.
Education/Competencies/Skills:
- Educated to A Level standard essential
- Degree preferred
- Some experience in the field of Contracts Administration / Customer Service positions is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP preferred
- Knowledge of Europe Operations business is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP
- Attentive to detail and capable to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately
- Capable to multitask and be highly organised
