What you'll be doing:
- Operate warehousing processes to meet agreed service levels including receipt, put
- away, kitting, unplanned picks, inventory count, shelf life process and packing
- Interface with other teams/organisations to provide a seamless service
- Undertake all duties in accordance with the SHE Policy
- Undertake mandatory training to meet the specific requirements of the role
- Abide by the Code of Conduct at all times
- Manage the picking of shelf life products
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Comply with export control guidelines for storing ITAR products
- Comply with guidelines for recording and moving secret items
Your skills and experiences:
- Flexibility to cover all areas of Manufacturing & Logistics as deemed by the Team Leader
- Be diligent and proactive when finding solutions to discrepancies when receipting goods or counting materials supporting the annual cycle count. Able to work within defined processes, procedures and guidelines
- Accurate and methodical working throughout all tasks
- Able to gain knowledge and work across all areas of Manufacturing where required
- The experience and knowledge to manage your own workload

The Stores team:You'll be part of a small, close-knit team within our Stores department working underneath our Warehouse Team Leader, alongside other Stores Operatives and Goods Inwards Inspection. This team is fast moving with goods receipts, inventory counts and kitting for the Manufacturing team - you will interact with every area of the business. Day to day activities will vary and the team will adapt to arising challenges and be flexible to the demands of the business.
