Customer Relations Administration Assistant

Hours - 20 hours per week**
Based - Homebased**
Salary - £11,268 - £12,520 per annum (RFJ 3)

The role


We are looking for an experienced individual to provide administrative support in order to contribute to the work and overall objectives of the Customer Voice Team.


As part of this role you will be responsible for undertaking general administrative tasks to support to the Customer Voice Team, to include Managing the relevant inboxes and responding to any queries, dealing with the incoming mail and allocating this correctly.

You will also help take records of meetings and producing minutes as required.

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level C grade or equivalent in maths and English or relevant professional experience
