We continue to work with one of our key clients and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator/Officer to join a world-class FMCG manufacturing company as part of its HR/Finance team.


The Role:


  • Administration of weekly and monthly payroll
  • Produce accurate & relevant reports for yearend weekly payroll
  • Ensure all employee benefits are updated and accurately processed producing reports accordingly

The Person:


  • Minimum of GCSE level, must include Maths & English at Grade C or above
  • Ideally hold a payroll qualification and/or advanced Excel qualification
  • Experience of payroll with FMCG food/drinks manufacturing would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of computerised payroll software & IT skills required
  • Familiarity with Tax Codes, SMP, SSP etc. required
  • Good people skills, confident dealing with employees personally
