We continue to work with one of our key clients and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator/Officer to join a world-class FMCG manufacturing company as part of its HR/Finance team.
The Role:
- Administration of weekly and monthly payroll
- Produce accurate & relevant reports for yearend weekly payroll
- Ensure all employee benefits are updated and accurately processed producing reports accordingly
The Person:
- Minimum of GCSE level, must include Maths & English at Grade C or above
- Ideally hold a payroll qualification and/or advanced Excel qualification
- Experience of payroll with FMCG food/drinks manufacturing would be advantageous
- Knowledge of computerised payroll software & IT skills required
- Familiarity with Tax Codes, SMP, SSP etc. required
- Good people skills, confident dealing with employees personally
