We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at bakerdays, based in Nottingham NG5.
We are looking for a confident and conscientious individual with a passion for service, data admin and a true customer champion who loves to add the personal touch to their work.
As part of a growing team, the right person for this role will be an exceptional team well as possessing a passionate desire to deliver exceptional customer service, before, during and after the sale and be adaptable to perform a variety of admin duties to support the customer journey.
- Producing all administrative paperwork required for our orders.
- Working with other departments to develop cross working experience.
- Corporate quoting and development.
- Understanding current trends and sharing feedback with our teams to help develop new ideas.
- Work with our partner couriers to understand delivery issues.
- Respond to our review platform feedback and investigate any complaints to resolution.
- Support our Operations Director with administration duties.
Attention to detail will also be a vital attribute.

Salary:
£21,223.00-£22,395.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- CRM software: 1 year (preferred)
