Sports Coach Job Summary

We want all our coaches to love what they do Their passion for sport and getting kids active should be visible to everyone they meet.

Children love going to their next class or their next holiday camp because of our coaches, because of the relationships that are built and because of the confidence our coaches instill in the children they teach

We have been working with primary schools across London since 2013 with our team of PE & school sport educators delivering high quality PE and extra curricular clubs to thousands of school children.

We pride ourselves on being able to cater for every individual school's needs, from full-time PE and extra curricular clubs 5 days a week, alongside organising all competition, to half or single day provision and/or simply running after school clubs.

The successful applicant should be positive, dynamic and have a genuine engaging enthusiasm for physical education. The role can be full or part time and is fixed term which will be reviewed annually.


Duties and Responsibilities
To deliver sport and physical activities to children and young people, both in school curriculum time following the PE National Curriculum and/or set programs of study and also deliver a range of OSHL, (Out Of School Hours Learning) extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school

You will be working as a Sports Coach in local primary schools, so it is ESSENTIAL you have up to date DBS clearance.

You must be Reliable, Punctual and Enthusiastic and ideally have experience of working with Primary School Children.

Successful coaches will be offered more hours depending on successful performance and positive feedback from school staff.

We offer competitive rates of pay with an incentive scheme and on-going training.


All applicants MUST be:

• UKCC Level 2 qualified (or higher)
• Clean DBS check
• 1st Aid Qualified
• Good communicator
• Work well with children
• Able to travel using own transport

Salary:
£13.00-£17.50 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
