We have partnered with a leading global electrical distributor based In the Birmingham area who require x2 Credit Controllers to join their finance department.

This is a full-time permanent role offering hybrid working. Hours for the role are Monday

  • Thursday, 8.30am
  • 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am
  • 4.30pm.
To be considered for the Credit Controller role you must have:

  • 5 years' experience In Credit Controller role desirable
  • Experience with a large ledger (ideally National Accounts experience)
  • Dealt with administration and complex processes for key national account customers.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and use of VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Information about the Credit Controller Role Includes:

  • Issuing statements to customers
  • Proactively contact customers to secure payments to achieve cash collection targets.
  • Resolve/minimise overdue debts and taking appropriate action.
  • Liaising with customers to discuss nondisputed and resolved debt.
  • Following up on payments of high value invoices to maximise cash collection.
  • Regular debt reviews to ensure a clean ledger.
  • Completing monthly cash forecast
  • Cash Allocation/Account reconciliation

Key Information about the Credit Controller role Includes:

  • Salary of £26-29k dependant on experience, skill set and qualifications.
