Hours of Work: 08.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday

We have an excellent permanent opportunity for a HR Advisor who is enthusiastic about career progression and can show how they manage the rapport between company leaders and staff.

You will need to demonstrate what proven experience you have in employeerelations.

The Role


Providing a supporting role to maintain and enhance the company's human resources department by assisting in the planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, procedures, and practices.


The job holder must be able to work in an environment where no two days are the same, therefore having the ability to prioritise their own work.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR advisory / support.
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Life Cycle
  • Legislation and best practice
  • HR management.
  • Reporting and KPI's
  • Interface with relevant HR colleagues to ensure delivery of processes where appropriate.
  • HR Administration
  • All other HR general duties as required.
  • 5 years' experience in a HR Generalist role.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality, with a methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to work to fixed deadlines.
  • Ability to make changes to existing processes and improve efficiency within the HR function.
  • Flexible attitude to work.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, word, excel, power point.
  • Able to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Able to act as an agent of change and to encourage and implement change and best practice.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge.

  • CIPD level 5, or diploma equivalent
  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Experience of giving employment law advice
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Personally,well organised, a good planner with structured problemsolving and decisionmaking ability
Desirable

  • CIPD qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years in a standalone HR advisory
