Basic salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus (overall package £60,000 - £65,000)

We are pleased to be working with a global leading real estate consultancy who are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to add to their team in Manchester.

Our client provides sustainable solutions and innovative design services to many high-end clients within the construction industry.

With offices across the UK and internationally, they have a diverse team of experts dedicated to delivering high-quality services to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sustainability consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring highquality delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic advice and develop innovative sustainability solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
Conduct sustainability assessments, audits, and performance evaluations for buildings and developments.
Conduct energy modeling, thermal simulations, and daylight analysis using the IES Virtual Environment software.
Provide support and guidance to junior members of the sustainability team.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sustainability consulting, within the built environment sector.
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, standards, and certification processes.
Expertise in using the IES Virtual Environment software for energy modeling and thermal simulations.
Strong understanding of building systems, energy efficiency, and renewable energy technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and project teams effectively.
